By installing or using ThrustMetric ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Do not operate the app while driving. Set up your measurement before you move, mount your device securely, and keep your attention on the road. You are solely responsible for driving safely and lawfully at all times.
Performance testing belongs on a closed course. Acceleration, braking and lap-timing features are intended for private property, a racetrack, or another legal venue. Using them on public roads may be illegal and dangerous.
The app never instructs you to drive in any particular way. Any decision you make behind the wheel is yours.
ThrustMetric measures vehicle performance using your phone's sensors, its GPS receiver, and optionally external devices such as GNSS modules and OBD adapters. It also offers analysis features, some of which use artificial intelligence.
Accuracy depends on satellite reception, device quality, mounting, calibration, road gradient, weather, and other factors outside our control. Results may differ from a professional test bench or from other measurement products. Do not rely on the app's output for any purpose where an error could cause harm or loss — including vehicle safety decisions, commercial claims, disputes, or regulatory compliance.
OBD fault-code readings, sound diagnostics, and AI-generated commentary are informational aids, not professional inspection. Always have a qualified technician assess your vehicle before acting on them.
The ECG interpretation feature is not a medical device and does not provide a medical diagnosis. It must not be used to make health decisions, and it is not a substitute for examination by a qualified clinician. If you have symptoms or concerns, seek medical care immediately.
Signing in is optional. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not submit content that is unlawful or offensive to shared features such as the vehicle catalog, racetrack definitions, leaderboards, or public voiceprints. We may remove such content.
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Some features require a subscription or a one-off purchase, sold through the app store on your platform. Billing, renewal, and refunds are governed by that store's rules; manage or cancel your subscription there. Prices and the contents of paid tiers may change, and any change applies from your next billing period.
The app relies on servers operated by an independent developer. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, or reasons beyond our control, and features may be changed or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, nor for loss of data, profits, or vehicle damage, arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may also have statutory consumer rights that these terms do not affect.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may suspend access if the app is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other users.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

精度取决于卫星信号、设备品质、安装方式、校准、路面坡度、天气等我们无法控制的因素。结果可能与专业测试台架或其他测量产品不同。请勿在"出错会造成伤害或损失"的场合依赖本应用的输出——包括车辆安全决策、商业宣称、纠纷举证或合规用途。
OBD 故障码读取、声音诊断以及 AI 生成的结论都属于信息参考，不等同于专业检测。据此采取行动前，请先由有资质的技师检查你的车辆。
心电图判读功能不是医疗器械，不提供医学诊断。不得用它作出健康决策，也不能替代有资质的临床医生的检查。如有症状或疑虑，请立即就医。
登录是可选的。你有责任保管好自己的账号。请勿上传你无权分享的内容，也不要向共享功能（车型库、赛道定义、排行榜、公开声纹等）提交违法或冒犯性内容。我们可能移除此类内容。
我们如何处理你的数据，见隐私政策，该政策构成本条款的一部分。
部分功能需要订阅或一次性购买，通过你所在平台的应用商店销售。计费、续订与退款遵循该商店的规则；请在该商店管理或取消订阅。价格与付费档位内容可能变动，变动自你的下一个计费周期起适用。
本应用依赖由独立开发者运营的服务器。服务可能因维护、技术故障或我们无法控制的原因中断，功能也可能变更或停止。我们不保证服务不间断可用。
在法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失，以及数据丢失、利润损失或车辆损坏，我们不承担责任。
本条款不限制依法不可限制的责任，包括因过失导致的死亡或人身伤害的责任。部分法域不允许某些排除条款，因此本节部分内容可能对你不适用。你还可能享有本条款不影响的法定消费者权利。
你可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用。若本应用被用于违法用途，或以损害服务及其他用户的方式使用，我们可能暂停访问。
本条款若有实质性变更，页面顶部的日期会更新。变更后继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
