ThrustMetric ("the app") is a vehicle performance measurement and diagnostics tool. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, where it is stored, and the choices you have.

If you use the ECG interpretation feature, the waveform data or image you provide is sent to our server to be analysed, and may be forwarded to a third-party AI provider (see §5). This is health data. It is processed only to return an interpretation to you.
This feature is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. Never use it as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have symptoms, seek medical care.
If you use voiceprint features, the audio is converted into a numerical vector (an "embedding"). Only the vector is stored — the original audio is discarded immediately after processing. A voiceprint is biometric data. You choose whether an entry is private or shared, and you can delete your entries at any time.
Both features are optional. If you never open them, no health or biometric data is ever collected.
When you create a vehicle, its make / model / year may be added to a shared catalog so other users typing the same vehicle can pick it from suggestions. Only the vehicle description is shared — never your VIN, your location, your measurements, or anything identifying you. The catalog counts how many distinct devices use an entry, in order to rank suggestions; that count is a number, not a list of users.
The app has no advertising SDKs and no analytics trackers. Data is shared only with the following services, and only for the feature that needs them:
These providers process the data to return a result. They are not permitted to use it to build profiles of you.
The app uses two independent servers operated by the developer: one outside mainland China serving the international edition, and one inside mainland China serving the China edition. Your data goes to the one matching your app edition. Public content (racetrack definitions, the vehicle catalog, public voiceprints) is synchronised between the two; private user data is not.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above. Using the app without signing in and without syncing is always an option, and keeps your data local.
The app is intended for drivers and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect their data.
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; please keep your device and account credentials protected.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.

如果你使用心电图判读功能，你提供的波形数据或图片会上传到我们的服务器进行分析，并可能转发给第三方 AI 服务商（见第五节）。这属于健康数据，仅用于向你返回判读结果。
此功能不是医疗器械，不构成诊断。切勿用它替代专业医疗意见。如有不适，请就医。
如果你使用声纹功能，音频会被转换成一组数值向量（嵌入）。只有向量会被存储——原始音频在处理后立即丢弃。声纹属于生物特征数据。你可以选择条目是私有还是公开，也可以随时删除。
这两项功能都是可选的。只要你不打开它们，就不会产生任何健康或生物特征数据。
当你创建车辆时，其品牌／型号／年款可能会被收入共享车型库，好让之后输入同款车的用户能直接从建议里选中。仅共享车型描述本身——绝不包含你的 VIN、位置、测量数据或任何能识别你的信息。车型库会统计有多少台不同设备用过某个条目，用于给建议排序；那只是一个数字，不是用户名单。
本应用没有广告 SDK，没有分析追踪器。数据仅在相应功能需要时提供给以下服务：
这些服务商处理数据只为返回结果，不得用于构建针对你的画像。
本应用使用开发者运营的两台独立服务器：一台在中国大陆境外，服务国际版；一台在中国大陆境内，服务国内版。你的数据进入与你所用版本对应的那一台。公共内容（赛道定义、车型库、公开声纹）会在两台之间同步；用户私有数据不会。
视你所在地区而定，你可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除你的个人数据，并撤回同意。行使这些权利请通过上述邮箱联系我们。你也随时可以选择不登录、不同步地使用本应用，数据将全部留在本地。
本应用面向驾驶者，不针对 13 岁以下（或你所在地区规定的相应最低年龄）儿童。我们不会有意收集他们的数据。
应用与服务器之间的通信使用 HTTPS 加密。没有系统是绝对安全的，请妥善保管你的设备与账号凭据。
本政策若有实质性变更，页面顶部的日期会更新。变更后继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的政策。
